Can you make products from recycled fabrics?
We have recycled fabrics and yarn color swatches, and our factories have passed GRS and GOTS certifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal for trade assurance orders, T/T, and L/C. If chosen in T/T, usually there is a 50% deposit, and pay the 50% deposit before shipment.
Delivery time?
Generally, 30-45 days for fully custom hats, and 2-15 days for customized logo hats.
What’s your production capacity?
We have 3 wholly-owned factories in China, with more than 400 employees and a monthly production capacity of over 200,000. Our factories have passed BSCI, RWS, RMS, FEM, SLCP, GRS, WRAP, ISO, GOTS, and other certifications.
How do you ensure the quality of hats?
Before the bulk order, samples will be sent to you, confirming the fabric, craft, logo position, etc. We have five inspection procedures for eliminating defects, including inspection of fabric, cutting, sewing semi-finished products, finished products, and package needles.
Sample and sample time?
Yes, we can offer samples for quality checking. Generally, sample time is about 7-10 days.
