Sample
Yukaihe Sample Center is equipped with 10 CAD engineers, over 20 skilled sample sewing specialists and a full range of professional sewing machines.
We develop more than 1,000 hat sample styles monthly, including photo samples, sales samples and marketing samples.

Once fabrics and trims are ready, hat samples can be finished and shipped within 5 days.
Sewing
The hat sewing process involves pattern making, fabric cutting, assembly, stitching, trimming, pressing, and adding final touches to create a finished hat. We will take care of every knitting step to ensure that the product is flawless.
Trimming
Yukaihe provides a wide selection of trimming materials including ribbons, hat bands, feathers and more. We offer custom logo and graphic decoration services such as embroidery and screen printing.

Custom Logo
Yukaihe provides professional custom logo services for hats, including embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer for logos and graphics.
