Yukaihe’s design team has established an integrated standard product development process from style design, product documentation, and raw material selection to technology production, aiming to provide our customers with an integrated hat production and decoration service.
Sample
Yukaihe’s sample center has 10 CAD engineers, over 20 skilled sample sewing masters, and all kinds of special sewing machines. Our monthly capacity reaches over 1000 styles, including photo samples, sales samples, and marketing samples. We are dedicated to turning ideas into reality. Once the fabric and trims are ready, the hat samples are completed and shipped within 5 days.
Sewing
The hat sewing process involves pattern making, fabric cutting, assembly, stitching, trimming, pressing, and adding final touches to create a finished hat. We will take care of every knitting step to ensure that the product is flawless.
Trimming
Yukaihe’s trimming process typically includes a wide selection of materials like ribbons, hat bands, and feathers, allowing for customization options such as embroidery or screen printing to add logos or graphics. We take strict quality control measures to ensure that the trimmings are of high quality, resulting in unique and well-crafted hats for our customers.
Custom Logo
Yukaihe’s custom logo process includes offering embroidery, screen printing, or heat transfer options for adding logos and graphics to hats. Additionally, we can also provide design assistance and mock-up services to ensure that the custom logos meet the customer’s branding and style requirements.
Quality Inspection
We often conduct rigorous inspections at various stages of production to ensure that the hats meet the desired standards. We often inspect for stitching quality, alignment, fabric integrity, proper trimming, and overall appearance, as well as final inspections before packaging to ensure that only high-quality hats are shipped to customers.
Package
The packaging process involves several steps to prepare the hats for shipping or display. This typically includes folding or shaping the hats, adding any necessary tags or labels, and placing them in protective packaging, such as boxes or bags, to ensure they remain in good condition during transportation or storage.
