2. Design & Details
- Unstructured 6-panel crown: no front buckram, so the hat relaxes naturally to the shape of the head for an easy dad-hat silhouette.
- Pre-curved brim wrapped in the same faux suede fabric, finished with four to six rows of tonal stitching for a clean edge.
- Tonal embroidered eyelets on every panel and a matching fabric-covered top button keep the look understated.
- Front panel is sized for custom lettering embroidery in a lowercase serif or typewriter style; machine, hand and 3D embroidery techniques are all available.
- Available in deep forest green, oatmeal beige and matte black, each with contrast or tonal embroidery.
3. Material & Fit
- Faux suede fabric (100% polyester) with a short brushed nap; the surface shifts light and shade slightly for a rich, directional suede look.
- Soft, dense and completely matte, with more texture and warmth than plain canvas while staying lightweight enough for year-round wear.
- Available size 58-62 cm with an adjustable metal buckle back closure for a comfortable fit.
