Neat topstitching runs along the brim edge and panel seams for a tidy, durable finish with no redundant decoration.
Material & Fit
Made from 100% cotton canvas - breathable, skin-friendly and firm enough to hold the brim shape through repeated wear. The fabric resists pilling and fading in regular outdoor use. Standard head circumference is 58-60 cm, with 58-62 cm available on request, and the adjustable chin strap fine-tunes the fit. The unisex cut suits both men and women.

- Air dry naturally in a cool, ventilated space away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Store without heavy extrusion to keep the brim and crown in shape.

Front-panel embroidery (flat, 3D or patch style), fabric and colour selection, custom size grading, woven labels, hang tags and retail packaging are all available against your artwork or sample.
