Design & Details
The hat uses a classic boonie silhouette: a soft, unstructured crown with a deep, wide brim that shades the face, ears and neck. Metal eyelets are set into the crown panels for ventilation, letting warm air escape instead of building up. Metal snap buttons on the brim let the sides be folded up and fixed when a wider view is needed, and the brim itself is finished with rows of concentric stitching that keep it sitting flat instead of flapping. An adjustable chin cord runs under the brim with a plastic toggle, so the hat stays on in wind. Inside, the crown is bound with a soft tape and finished with a name and class label slot for group and school orders.
Material & Fit
The shell is 100% cotton canvas — a firm, breathable fabric with a matte finish that softens with wear and takes print or embroidery cleanly. It is comfortable against the skin in heat and dries quickly after rain or spray. The standard head circumference is 58-60 cm, with sizes available across a 52-68 cm range. The chin cord adjusts with a toggle for a secure fit on the move, and the unisex cut suits both men and women.

- Air dry naturally in a cool, ventilated place, reshaping the brim while damp.
- Store loosely so the brim is not crushed.
